7Seas Acquires Neodelight; To Raise Funds For $20 Million Investment In Gaming

7Seas Technologies, a Hyderabad based gaming company listed on the Hyderabad and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges, has reportedly acquired Neodelight, the gaming division of German co Neokolor. It’s an all cash deal, and gives 7Seas rights to the Neodelight brand, and IP related to 33 games; the main acquisition, according to 7Seas MD L Maruti Sanker, is that of a game engine, which will help 7Seas develop more games. 7Seas has a casual gaming website—OnlineRealGames, and intends to invest around $20 million over the next 2-3 y
