Atul Hegde Appointed CEO Of Connecturf

Atul Hegde, former head of Vyas Giannetti Creative has been appointed CEO of Connecturf digital marketing agency, reports Exchange4media. According to Ishan Raina, Chairman of Connecturf, Hedge has joined the agency as a shareholder as well. Hedge has 12 years of experience in advertising. Connecturf has an alliance with Dentsu - a 49:51 JV called Clickstreamers.
Hegde joins at a time when online advertising in India is at around 2.7 billion - around just 1.3 percent of advertising spend. Recently, Publicis had launched Digitas in India, and Lintas and Pinstorm had inked a Rs. 100 Crore alliance.
