N V Subba Rao, former Chief Operating Officer for Bharti Airtel, has joined mobile content solutions firm Tanla Mobile as CEO...the company is a division of Tanla Solutions, based in Hyderabad. He will now head the business and operations for Tanla Mobile in North and South America. More details in PDF release.

Airtel has got many circles and business units which would have about 50 COO’s . Subba comes from where, if I am not wrong, he does not come from Airtel National team.
