Interactive Agency id8labs Buys eDesign Tree India

Mumbai-based interactive agency id8labs, which was spun off Percept Media earlier this year, has bought eDesignTree, a Philadelphia, U.S. and Bangalore based interactive marketing firm. Amit Shrivastava, co-founder of eDesign Tree, will now be the CEO of id8labs.
The company is also planning to invest $5 million in the next 12-18 months through various funding sources to expand its franchise in Indian and global markets, which of course for now is vaporware talk. More here.
