Jasubhai Digital CEO Quits To Join Chandamama As CEO

L Subramanyan, who had been appointed CEO of Jasubhai Digital Media last year has left the company to join Geodesic subsidiary Chandamama as CEO, reports the Hindu. Geodesic has informed the BSE of Subramanyan’s appointment. Subramanyan had joined the Jasubhai group in February 2005 as President and Publishing Director, before which he was head of marketing and strategy at Pune-based IT company Zensar Technologies. He was also the Chief Editor of Dataquest magazine for over 10 years.

In August last year, Suresh Ramakrishnan had left Jasubhai to join Reed Infomedia as EVP and Country Head. Geodesic had acquired Chandamama in March this year for Rs. 10.2 crores, and intends to digitize issues of Chandamama for the Internet and Mobile. Details of the acquisition here.
