Off For The Week, At Film Fest

I’m off for rest of the week, for my annual pilgrimage to Osian’s Cinefan Film Fest. I was there over the weekend - watched 10 films in two days - and justified the “Media Junkie” tag. I’ll be incommunicado for the rest of the week (no phones allowed inside Siri Fort Auditorium), so in case there’s anything, please contact Anupama at anupama AT contentsutra DOT com. A little nostalgic about Cinefan: it’s almost a year since the Indian government had blocked blogs, and I had tipped off ContentSutra, Alootechie and Hindustan Times (the first newspaper report on the block was confirmed and dictated over the phone while at Cinefan) for their initial coverage, as a part of Bloggers Collective; I joined ContentSutra a week or so later. It’s been a great year for me, and thanks for all of your support.
