Preneet Malhotra Appointed CEO of UTV Interactive

UTV Software Communications has appointed Preneet Malhotra as CEO of UTV Interactive, the business vertical that houses their animation division UTV Toons, and UK based gaming company Ignition Entertainment. Prior to joining UTV, Malhotra was COO of Electronic Arts (NSDQ: ERTS) - Asia, based out of Hong Kong. She will report to UTV CEO Ronnie Screwvala. Malhotra has worked with brands like Pepsico, KFC, GAP and Hutchison’s Watson Group (HK). UTV has also appointed Roma Patel as Group Director - Finance and Strategy, and Heather Saville as Group HR Head.
