Remit2Home-less Times Gets Stay Order In Domain Case

It ain’t over till...there’s no higher authority to appeal to: Times of Money Ltd has got a stay order from the District Court in Noida on the transfer of domains to California based Remit2home Corp, reports Times group publication ToI. Times Of Money runs a remittance service called Remit2India, and a panel of the National Arbitration Forum had earlier ordered the transfer of domain names remit2home.com and remit2home1.com be transferred from Times of Money Ltd to Remithome Corporate, which runs a remittance service from US to Phillipines.
