Times Loses Remit2Home and Remit2Home1.com Domains

A panel of the National Arbitration Forum has ordered the domain names remit2home.com and remit2home1.com be transferred from Times of Money Ltd (part of the BCCL group) to Remithome Corporate, a California based remittance service.
Remithome.com runs remittance services from US to Phillipines, although both domains differ in terms of names, according to the press release, the panel found the URL’s “confusingly similar” to the Remithome trademark. To add, according to the full text here, the Times Group had a constructive or actual knowledge of Remithome’s right and hence created a likelihood that users would be confused and profited from the same (the domains redirect to Timesofmoney.com)
The judgement is according to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
Last I checked, both domains still redirected to TimesofMoney.
Update: Abhinov Agarwal, in the comments to this post, points out that Airtel.com redirects to Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) Spain.
