Tushar Vyas, National Director Interaction For GroupM Puts In His Papers

ContentSutra has learned from reliable sources that Tushar Vyas, National Director (Interaction) for WPP’s media buying arm GroupM has put in his papers. Vyas, a digital media specialist, was heading GroupM’s wireless and mobile initiatives. He’s a MICA, Ahmedabad graduate and had been with GroupM for eight years. We were unable to get a confirmation of his future plans.

    Hi Nikhil , the news in the section is also that Anuj Dahiya , RP singh, Sanchit Sanga , the total gang of Group M are planning to set up something of their own.

    which means that there wud be some major accounts shifting also .

    lets keep our eyes wide open ......

    The world knows that he has joined - SureWaves. It is founded by Rajendra Khare (serial entreprenuer, ex Broadcom, ex Armedia, Arcus, ex Wipro, Tata), Ravi Bhat (serial entreprenuer, ex Nokia R&D;center, ex Amber Networks, ex Wipro) and Anant Kansal (serial entreprenuer, ex Baysoft, Wipro). headquarter in Bangalore.  CVL Srinivas who used to be head of Maxus is also part of the team. It is spread across delhi/bglr/mumbai

    So now the only senior person left in GroupM Interaction’s delhi office is R P Singh, what do you guys think will he continue to be with GroupM or not. if he also leaves, then it will be a big blow to Interaction.

    I’ve dealt with GroupM Interactions as a publisher and as a client now.

    It is a great team Tushar is leaving behind. Some of them quitting is not going to affect GroupM. People may come and go. this is not new to any industry.
