Vaporware: Zapak Talking To Six U.S. and Chinese Companies on Acquisition

By Rafat Ali - Sun 18 May 2008 07:35 PM PST

Zapak is indulging in vapor talk again: Anil Ambani-owned gaming firm Zapak Digital Entertainment says it is in talks with about six gaming companies in U.S. and China for acquisition. “Discussions are on with two Chinese companies, and 3-4 US firms,” Zapak COO Rohit Sharma told TOI...of course this could come to nothing, still, and this could just be a PR maneuver. One interesting thing though: it says these deals would not likely be full buyout but may be majority stake-buys.
