Zee Launches SpiceZee.com; Where Is DMCL?

This seems odd, Zee has launched Spicezee.com, an (other) Bollywood entertainment website, as part of the Zee Network, a bouquet of sites which includes Zeenews and ZeeCric.com amongst others. DMCL, also part of the Essel Group, the holding company of Zee, is supposedly the digital arm of the Zee Group which manages all new media and related syndication activity for the group. The venture had in the past launched websites such as Page3flicks.com and VOD portal Mypopkorn.com. Considering most group properties, including the website for the Indian Cricket League, seem to have been developed independently, where and what has happened to DMCL?
