Akshay Sharma Joins PayMate From MTV

Paymate India has brought in Akshay Sharma from MTV Networks India as Asst VP - Marketing, PR & Brand Development. Sharma was Marketing Manager at MTV, and was involved with projects such as the Lycra MTV Style Awards, Kinti Mast Hai Zindagi and the current season of MTV Rodies, among others. Paymate’s biggest challenge is consumer adoption, and Sharma says they’re going to focus on addressing apprehensions related to wireless transactions through marketing intiatives.
