Men’s Mag Maxim Goes Wireless In India With Active Media Tech

By Sahad PV - Thu 30 Mar 2006 05:03 PM PST

Televisionpoint.com: Men’s magazine Maxim has joined hands with Delhi-based Active Media Technology to take the content to mobile phones. Maxim will use AMT’s short code 3636.
The downloadable content includes ring tones, wallpaper, video, games, promotions, MMS blogs and a variety of Maxim only wireless applications. “Globally, Maxim Mobile has been the world’s most widely distributed men’s lifestyle brand on mobile phones and we are confident that the Indian market will respond equally well,” said Ankur Bhatia, Marketing Manager, Maxim. UK based Maxim magazine launched its Indian edition in January 2006, and is published by Delhi-based Media Transasia.
