Timesjobs.com Launches In Middle East

The Economic Times: Timesjobs.com, an online recruitment portal from The Times of India group, has ventured aborad. They have launched their maiden overseas operations in the Middle East, which has a large Ind-Gulf recruitment market. According to R Sundar, director, Times Group, -€œFor Timesjobs.com, going global has three main objectives -€” targeting companies and consultancies in the Gulf region for job seekers in India, the Gulf and elsewhere; targeting Gulf residents for jobs in the Gulf; and targeting Gulf residents for jobs in India.-€
-€œThe Gulf region is extremely important for us. We, as an entity, share a long-term relationship with many companies in this region. With Timesjobs.com’s entry into this market, we only hope to further this friendship-€, he adds.
I remember Naukri.com was also planning to go international with their middle east operations.
